If you have the 2019/20
7-seat model lift up the padding on the secomd row seats to access the switch. Lift from the front of the seats.

I never did this until I had my 2020 Outlander ES detailed just last week and now both seats are wobbly. I've looked at this a million ways and can't figure it out. The catch is clicking in like it's supposed to but the seats move side to side so much I'm afraid they're no longer safe for my kids. Any ideas?

Thank God for the Maple Leafs. My Outlander LS doesn't have the sash on the side of the seat, only DJ Sash!
The plastic switch in place of the sash is obscured by the seat design.
Now I can fit my 🍁 Norco MTB in the back 😀

Need to include how to remove the headrests. There is a button you need to push. I didn't know that. A neighbor had to show me. (true, embarrassed confession....)
