I like the fact that OBS can change scenes by following the position of the cursor without any intervention on my part, but...
I'm currently using a Dell Docking Station to connect two 27-inch monitors to my laptop, making three monitors.
The laptop's screen DPI is set to 125% while the two 27-inch Dells are set to 100%.
I don't know if it's because of the docking station (USB-C), or the different DPI settings, but I am only partially able to change scenes depending on the cursor position.
What works best for me is switching scenes based on the active executable, which requires a click every time I change executables.
