Excellent choices, all. Prefabricated homes are the way to go, now, as we Humans have basically wrecked the environment with our need to go big. ✌ I downsized in 2002, and would love a new shipping container Home located in the deeper wilderness from where I am, currently. ♡

My favorite house is the container house built in Australia

Nothing beats quality craftsmanship on site building. Prefabricated concrete walls are a great option and the exterior shell is set in one day. The prefab concrete walls can incorporate 12-15ft wall heights and wide open spaces without additional supports . A 2 story 25x25 wall system complete with exact window and door openings and headers that can support the heaviest retractable door systems is standard...all for 32k USD.

Nice looking but In many places you can not build anything that way. It is not fully attached to a foundation, the sections not attached to each other [dangerous/will be gone in tornadoes], code compliancy is a suspect /flat roofs are built differently based on regions.. They probably targeting very specific regions. Our prior house was prefab, and nothing was good about it.

1st story should have 3 or 4 car garage may be one bed and bath and kitchen but whole home should be at 2nd floor, 3 bed 2 bath kitchen living room with high ceiling
