David the young man is so right, I grow up in Brooklyn with a landlord whose family was from Nigeria they had a pepper that was brown in color dried and ground up! I tried that pepper and thought I saw SMOKE come out of the top of my head!

Some of the tastiest foods in the World are from the Caribbean and Jamaica is one of these places...their jetks...curries...rice/peas and almost all their foods are simply the best....guess it s all the natural herbs/seasonings used....esp the spicy peppe...
