Just Cause 3 - My Little Rocket Man Trophy / Achievement Guide - Tether an enemy to a launched gas cannister. Adeo, amico! [Bronze / 20G]

There's a gas cannister in the Outpost "Guardia Lacos I" in the Lacos Province of Insula Fonte. Shoot your grappling hook at a soldier, then at the cannister. Shoot the cannister to make it fly into the air with the soldier attached to it.
You can also do this on your allies, it doesn't have to be an "enemy soldier". So you can still do it after the outpost has been liberated. The cannister respawns when you fast travel to the outpost.
