I cant agree with your Jaren Jackson and Bagley take. Jaren Jackson cant be really disappointing if he was a big part in the Grizzlies going to the playoffs. Also in the early part of the year, he was a DPOY candidate. Now he made all defense 1st team. That isn’t disappointing. Marvin Bagley is by far the most disappointing

JJJ is a DPOY candidate all defensive, played pretty 78 games this season, a big man that can is capable of hitting the three and ain't afraid of trying in the clutch, improved a lot with the foul trouble, leader in blocks and blocks+steals in NBA, with great chemistry with the Grizz squad. He got his role. His offensive production did went down as he is still finding a rythm back as a stretch 4/5, but he doesn't need to carry the offensive load, even without Ja on the floor, Bane is now "the guy". He should not be compared with Bagley, who was a higher pick and couldn't stay out of trouble and be a reference even for a bad team like the Kings.

it's honestly baffling that you considered putting jaren jackson for 2018. he has his inconsistencies on offense, but what he brings to the table defensively can't be ignored. offense isn't everything, and he brings SO MUCH MORE to that team.

Just because you aren’t a perennial all star or all nba team player doesn’t mean you’re not a great pick in the top 5. Jaren Jackson Jr. is the perfect example of this.

Toss up between Jackson and Bagley? Do you even watch Memphis basketball? Bagley struggles to get PT past Kelly Olynyk on a young tanking pistons team with nothing to lose, meanwhile Jackson is the best defender on a team that finished 2nd in the west and only got beaten by the team who is now going to the finals. Jackson may not be as great offensively as he was before but his defense is incredible and he was in contention of DPOY. Bagley on the other hand can't play back to backs without getting hurt. Barret point is also far fetched, he's been much much better than hunter

Should've made an exception for 2019. Jarrett Culver really deserves that.

i still feel that RJ Barrett will gradually improve a lot in his 4th season in the league, and he'll get a lot stronger in his offense, a lot of knicks fans are going to look forward to his progression

That Cade & Bagley pick n roll was a thing of beauty before their season ended.
Bright future in Mo-Town.

While JJJ has not been efficient offensively he just made 1st team all defense, shouldn’t have even been considered .

How can you say JJJ and bagley were close, jarren was on the two seed and played in 78 of those games. His offense is down but it’s in big part due to Ja’s usage rate, he was in the conversation for DPOY, was an all defensive 1st team player this year and is a pivotal piece of Memphis rn all at the age of 22. I’m not saying Bagley is a bad player or anything but he is not in the same stratosphere at JJJ. That was a bad take, but the list seems pretty good keep up the good work

Those JJJ and Rj takes are pure blasphemy, Jjj was dpoy candidate and the legit second star on a top seed and Rj is severely underrated, to call him disappointing is disregarding his whole second half of the season

Let’s be honest this guy hasn’t watched a single game of basketball this year no way he basically said Rj and JJJ are busts which is nowhere near true they literally both had such a great season

Most of this list consists of centers–that position has the highest risk/reward rate in NBA draft history!

Jahlil Okafor had a great post game. With enough support he could’ve been pretty good, or if he was in a different era.

Andy just made me realize that Wiseman might potentially win an NBA Championship without doing much.

RJ Barrett!??? Dude are you serious !? RJ improved every year since he got drafted you acting like he’s a bum. It’s true that he can be inefficient but cmon bro he just averaged 20 6 5 last season

Disagree with the RJ Barrett take, as a Knicks fan, I see what goes on and he has been great, looking better each and every year. He’ll get better soon too. He’s also better than hunter, far and above.

I can tell you haven’t really watched Jaren play. He’s been great for Memphis injuries aside and he’s the same age as Ja. He’s gonna get better. Bagley is so much more disappointing I’m surprised you said this.

“Rj Barrett is gonna end up like Wiggins”
Whats wrong with that? Wiggins is going crazy right now and is a key contributor to the warriors making it to the finals 😂

oh definitely Marvin Bagley Jr, how could we remember that the Kings should've took Doncic instead of Bagley, it was really rough for them to take him instead, but at least there's still hope for Marvin Bagley in the league
