When the bacteria mutates and gain resistance to an antibiotic, would it develop weakness to other substances as a result of the mutation???

Both Creationism & Pure Evolution seem to be extreme ends of the spectrum & the truth seems to lie somewhere in between.

Would be a problem if you used this method to make a extremely contagious bacteria that is resistant to all know antibiotics .
