WHAT BROUGHT ME TO YOUTUBE: I worked at Goldman Sachs, in Private Equity, and built up a $100M holding company. But after being in Wall Street for so long, I got tired of managing hundreds of millions for the rich. Investing was for the few not the many. F that. You all are the reason I do this. We as a society need to get rich together. My mission is to create 100,000 business owners, I hope you’re one.

I started my first business at 18 years old in 1974 with $50.00 to my name. It was an office cleaning / janitorial service. I did very well.

It was stepping stone business that I sold and kept on growing. Today I am Selling my Insurance book of business now at 69 and retiring debt free and wealthy. Been semi retired since 2018. It can be done with just a High School Education. All you need is Drive & Determination. I have college grads on my payroll.

I started window cleaning when I was 14 in the summer holiday. Definitely worthwhile.

I did that when I was 13 years old... easier than pushing a mower or dealing with 300 newspapers/day.

Low barrier to entry. You’ll have people competing, lowballing, and stealing your accounts all the time.

Love this! I’ve started to send my 16 & 18 year old boys these videos to prove I’m not crazy in getting them to start early!

In the Netherlands the window cleaning crews are notoriously teritorial. You will get in trouble entering someone's neighborhood

The first business I ever started was cleaning houses for sale. Hard work, but it made cash if you did it well.

"Reocurring" isn't a word. "Recurring" is the appropriate word to use.

Recurring revenue is revenue generated by your clients on a regular, guaranteed basis, like a subscription service. Re-occurring revenue is generated by clients who purchase products or services on a repeated but not predictable basis.

I am a married retired firefighter with 3 teenage kids. I’ve always worked two to three jobs and made a plan to retire when my kids hit their teenage years to be able to spend more time with my family. With this being said I also planned to stay working 1 job as a flight medic and I work 2-24 hour shifts a week. I have plans to start a business and have been thinking about a gym or thrash collection service. The problem I see is paying for health insurance since my retirement doesn’t have that benefit. How do you self employed people do it ? I do many other side hustles but it’s hard to explain everything on here. Thanks in advance for any advice.
