These guys actually did a ton in the 60s and early 70s, everything from terror attacks to staging huge very well planned riots. Many of the images on this video were taken from a protest/riot in which well organized members of the communist party managed to break the Japanese riot police forcing them to retreat.

The communists used medieval tactics to defeat the riot police, often forming front lines with auxiliaries which they would switch out when the front got tired. They also used battering rams, which caused great devastation to the riot police and their vehicles.
It was called the “Sanrizuka Struggle”, the Wikipedia article on it is very interesting.

Fun fact, the Japanese Communist Party is one of the largest communist party that's not in charge of their nation
They currently have 12 seats in the Japanese house of representatives, 13 seats in the house of councilors, and has roughly 270, 000 members.

They even managed to get third place in the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly in 2013, with 616, 000 votes and close behind second place at 639, 000 votes.
They are currently the largest Left-Wing party in the Metropolitan Assembly

Translating Japanese into English sometimes requires some poetic liberties but I would probably translate 「燃え上がる女」as the “burning woman” which complements the 「黒金の男」or “man of iron.”

And 「突き上げる空に」as “rising towards the sky” instead of “for the great blue sky” because it conveys that the fists are being raised towards the sky.

“Let’s Do Our Best”
Now when I imagine the head of the Japanese Communist Party, I think of a dad who’s also a soccer coach.

So, not to be negative and/or pedantic, but this translation seems pretty wildly inaccurate to me. Like “Kurogane no otoko no kobushi ga aru. Moeagaru on'na no kobushi ga aru” is translated as “The man of iron has a strong fist. The woman shoots up her strong fist.” But that means something like “We have the might/fists of iron men. We have the might of furious women.” Or worst of all, “Kuni no uchisoto no kobushi ga aru” is translated as “Out of the country raises one strong fist” when it's something more like “We have the might of those inside and outside of the country.”
