People stuck on ride in Canadian amusement park

Although rare, you can actually die from being upside down for too long as so much blood pools to the head.

The park was extremely lucky no one died which can happen to individuals with heart issues who are left upside down for any length of time, regardless of the presence or absence of heart issues.

Even if they weren’t it’s not like they can do anything about it until the ride gets fixed.

People are not BATS. We are not designed to hang upside down for extended periods of time. I have a bad spine so hanging upsidedown for 20 minutes or so down brings a huge relief BUT NOT Involuntarily " God knows" how many feet up in the air!!!! Geezers! Feel sorry for all involved 😢 How terrifying that must have been 😢
