Formula:
Speed = Distance / Time taken
Time take = Distance / speed

Time taken = 384400/299790

Speed of light is 3, 00, 000 km/s,
Therefore,
Time taken = distance / speed.
Time taken = 3, 84, 400 / 3, 00, 000

So, When we pass light source from earth to moon .
The time taken will be 1.3 second.
I learned about this information in my 9th book .

Sir from velocity formula v=displacement /time taken so time =displacement /velocity =3.8*10^8/3*10^8

=1.2667second
