Important information:
As of v1.5.0.4, Violence CANNOT receive Ephemeral. HOWEVER, Timed DR is being removed in Deathmode and below, so the extra damage and damage mitigation will likely cancel out, and given there is plenty of room to make up DPS in this strategy, it will work beyond Calamity v1.5.0.3
