I rewatched this and just realised when Ki-adi is getting shot at you see a Marine dodge a shot Ki-Adi defelcts at him from 1:30 to 1:34. It's such a quick thing but it is a small thing that shows why the 21st Nova Corp were a feared clone unit

3:02 actually it wasnt in cold-blood. If you search into it the troopers especially Bly had a strong bond with Aayla Secura and kept firing so that they could ensure she died quickly and as pain free as possible.

For the 501st to overwhelm the Jedi Temple successfully, I would think the clones would need to outnumber their opponents atleast 10 to 1. As there were approximately 2000-5000 Jedi remaining in the Temple, that puts their number at approximately 20 to 50, 000 troopers.
