Love this!!!
As a vegetarian it is always a great feeling to get more options— like the type of burgers (it’s so boring to eat just one type) or getting more options in cuisine! I love burgers but I would love to eat vegetarian empanadas!!
Thank you for doing what you do and still helping me to maintain my protein intake!

So there is not enough electricity to run a refrigerator for meat but enough electricity to run the pea emulsifier machinery. A countries hunger and poverty are government infrastructure problems. Great idea for alternative proteins.

I'd rather have a "Black Bean Dream" burger which tastes great, or a roasted chicken burger which is decent, than a plant-based meat burger that gives me tummy aches.
