I was thinking of getting services titan. But I hate these companies that are always upselling and are never willing to provide more value to the end user.

As I've been using it since 2021, I've noticed a serious shift toward some aggressive and underhanded sales tactics. They've secretly taken certain features away, act like those features then never existed, and later roll out some "AI pro" thing that's not actual AI but that doesn't stop them from trying to lock customers in a lengthy, expensive contract for each new pro feature they've come out with now.

I get wanting to make money, but this model they're using to do so now is absolutely terrible. Add to this, where their support was once helpful, now it just feels like they lead us on and don't actually do anything to help.

What about statuses for example waiting for parts, waiting for approval, or any other costume status ? And if the same costumer has couple different buildings.. for example real-estate agent that has 5 houses do you need to create every time new costumer with ne address?
