Incredible Underwater Fishing Footage - Striped Bass Feeding Frenzy

I was really lucky to be able to capture this footage. This was a big school of stripers bitzing on an even bigger school of peanut bunker. Really cool stuff, thank you guys for watching!!

Damn man this is pretty incredible footage. I’m always amazed by the coordination of Striped bass in shallow water. The larger fish seem to always sit below the school and are more lethargic. Almost like they’ve earned they’re keep over the years and get to retire and watch over the young guns.

Great video of these beauties feeding in their Natural environment. It gives alot of insight to the younger inexperienced fisherman as to the action, flow, movement, and behavior of peanut bunker under an ambush of stripers. Very educational to the right eyes. Great job

AWESOME! Stripers are amazing. I fish them on rivers and am always amazed at how many bass the shallow reefs, flats and weedbeds can hold. Most people don't even know to fish for them there...

Great stuff. I grew up in Newport. Fished and spear fished from Compton light to ocean drive. All up and down cliff walk too. My pop loved us as we put food on the table. Stripers, tog, blues and fluke weren’t safe from us. Lobster too. Thanks for the vid as it brought back great memories!

I Live over here on the West Coast in the Sacramento delta where we have a lot of stripers that come in from the San Francisco Bay. I Caught one the other day and it was about the size of the bigger ones in the feeding frenzy and you’re right they’re very powerful swimmers and very fun to catch. Amazing footage man, they are awesome creatures.

Awesome footage. Here from CT, never tried it, but your video made sense when old timers would see a bunker blitz w/ blues and stripers pre 80's; they put their bait in a brown paper bag, blues ignore it. Quickly the bag falls apart, u get a striper from the bottom
