Anyone who thinks this is about Christian nationalism is dead wrong. The gathering of home school parents around the Freedom statue proves it. It's about the loss of our freedoms - yes there is anti-Christian bias out there but anyone who is homeschooling, for whatever reason, was losing their right to do so. This is a case of we're stronger together when it comes to our loss of freedoms. I have an idea that our legislators are much like the one portrayed in the movie - they already have their minds made up about legislation and it makes no difference that *they work for us* - they don't care any more. They feel like they have the power of dictators and will do what they want to do regardless of what *we, the people* want. That needs to change. I want to transcribe Pastor David Hill's 5 minute speech and pass it out to every freedom loving person out there - because after the last 2.5 years, we need to stop them from ever seizing control like that again. We cannot allow this country to be turned into a dictatorship - not at a local, county, state, or federal level - ever again. Our government is supposed to work with the consent of the governed. #IDoNotConsent to any dictatorship. No mayor, no school board, no county board, no city council, no state or federal government has any right to tell us we cannot go outside and get fresh air and sunshine - no part of government has a right to expose children or adults to the perversion of science that the media so readily spreads. Not when it comes to climate and not when it comes to sexuality. They are violating parental rights. Sex ed does not belong in schools. Whether you're atheist, Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, etc., that loves freedom - I think we'd all agree that we are losing our freedoms - and we all should stand together and fight for them as our forefathers did. Again, #IDoNotConsent to any dictatorship.

Freedom is not free and we should not keep trading away hard-fought freedoms for false hope and promises. Read your Bible, times will be hard, almost unbearable for believers in Christ, but we have a hope that is certain and eternal. While we are here, be light in the darkness and share the hope of Christ to those who see no hope. Above all pray!!
