I was approved for FSAD in 9/2016 and I submitted my claim to get my SMC K retro pay but the rater said I’m not entitled because I received SmC K in 2004 for ectopic pregnancy and lost of Right fallopian tube. While on active duty in 1988. Its states you are entitled to 3 Smc K. I submit this via supplementary claim 2024 and they still denied.

(constructive criticism) The video progressively got bad, testing the mic's before the video and short checks as the video moves forward should help avoid this issue. It's not the first time, but hopefully it'll happen less now that you know.
