Clay, im alittle confused! My MH provider at the va ask on my last appt on sept 11 if i wanted to let my reg va doc take over my MH prescription. She stated it might be better to see one provider instead of 2. Of course I said yes atleast i dont have to deal with another doc. Im 100% pnt with 70% MH. Will this cause problems? Thxs

Hello Clay I put in HLR on 8/6 my VSO said it could take 4-6 months before they review? I know each claim is different just wondering if this is typical?

I was one that was denied at vfw convention. I had in service event personal statement and current ongoing treatment for my lower back even after surgery proof was still denied. Said my service record was silent. Don't understand that

I'm a gulf war veteran. I want through a HLR and appeal both denied for chronic fatigue. Va stated that the medication I'm taking is what's causing my fatigue. Is their anything else I can do.

Can I try to get back pay for the 12 years it took to get my 10% claim without risking the 10%?
