never tried it with cinnamon and star anise, just the sichuan peppers. i will try that on my next batch. those will definitely add a another layer of flavor.

Hi Cici! i can smell that aroma..ahah i saw you using Sichuan in fish recipe as a powder and now u filter it here.. sichuan added as a powder gives a woody flavour right?
