I made this for my husband like a year ago just to see if I could make it. I’ve made a batch every month since then. I do only cook the aromatic oil on low and strain it and use regular oil to fry the dry chili flakes & mix the two when they are cooled. It’s easier for me incase something goes wrong with one step.
