What happens when the battery dies on a TPMS sensor? Do we need to replace the entire module?

I keep getting a TPM malfunction error and it fails about half the time when I try to do the reset and almost every time I do the reset, it gets stuck on 49% for anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes. My service shop said the sensors are fine and they filled all 4 of my tires so idk what's going on.

The advice of driving the car to a Supermarket is wrong.

The pressures must be checked COLD & any driving will heat them up.

Otherwise how to set them is 100% spot on, thanks

But you don’t explain how to go into the menu! Music and background noise is louder than the speaking person, and the speaking person slurs in speech.
