This belt is awesome. You can actually free yourself from the pains all over the body that had been I would call them “your friend” because they have been there as long as you can remember. You can self massage your feet, waist, arms, cuffs, thighs, hands, neck etc. I had plantar fasciitis. It’s gone within 2 days. I also had sciatica from long distance walks and lots of tennis.
