Probably the best review on any product ever. It is obvious and appreciated that you tested 4 products using 1 tall and 1 short person. The descriptions are thorough and I really appreciate that you showed the same features on each. I will base my decision on this and go with the Comfier brand for my 6' 1" husband. I am 5' 2" so if I use it I will stack the pillows like your mom.

I'm on my 3rd chair massager. 1st was HOMEDICS...shiatsu Stripped gears and popped and stopped working after warranty. Worked good for about a year...FULL USE...I cannot sit in regular Recliner or sofas...
2ND was the COMFIER that is in this video. LOVED IT...REALLY REALLY GOOD...good enough as to be careful using it at first because it can hit a nerve. IT DIED OF SAME REASON #1- Stripped gears in Shiatsu. I DO NOT LIE ON THEM... average build about 195.
LASTED SAME...1 YEAR...ALMOST BOUGHT ANOTHER...
NOW 3RD in 3 years...WENT cheaper but still need the massage. SNAILAX but DOES have neck shiatsu but not great. Barely touches shoulders at lowest setting.
SO... I doubt if this last one will make it a year.

I just bought the Comfier 2D/3D on prime day. Using it now. Pretty darn good. Better than my $3k Panasonic massage chair which broken down. The Comfier non 2D/3D was slight cheaper, had 1500 reviews only vs the 2D/3D has 7700 reviews...but what is the difference between these two massagers? The Comfier non 2D/3D is non returnable, big heavy package to return anyways.

I had bruises on my spine from one of these Shiatsu "massagers". After I bought it I looked at reviews yes, should have done that first. Almost everyone said "it's so/too powerful" the "round nodes" are made of marble with no padding ect. G help you when it hits a bone. I'm going back to vibrating items. I tried putting thick towel, blankets and an old flat pillow the day after. My back, in such bad state I couldn't even sit with pillow on.

Every time I see these in malls, I always sit there for half an hour trying them out. If I had the money, I’d get one that looks like Captain Picard’s seat, and just massage all day long - warp factor 9
