Mark, great video. I’m 37 I owe a 15 year old car but I got trapped & bought an expensive house that is killing me. I finally talked my wife into selling. We are in the process right now of downsizing houses.

If I may add,

if you have to have a new car and have good credit. Don’t run out to buy your new car right away, wait until the car manufacturer offers 0% interest loans. I have not paid a dime on interest on my last two rides. Even high end cars like Infiniti offers these deals throughout the year.

Dude, I'm loving your videos. Thank you. I just stumbled across your channel a couple days ago and I can't get enough. You're tips are so relevant and it may just be the timing of where I am in life but it's all advise I need to hear right now. I'm 26 right now and have definitely fell for a few of these traps. I'm glad I'm catching them now before they get too out of hand though. I'm excited to keep following you and watching every video. I'm about a year into the crypto space and the investment mindset. You make it all very easy to digest. Thank you.

Your videos are amazing! I'm 25 now and even I have to fix some things that I did wrong in the past. I did start investing with 18, but I wasted a shit ton of time on useless stuff and made wrong decision. Your channel really helps me figuring stuff out early enough to plan for the future and evade issues that I would probably run into! Thanks man!

Nice vid, the nice car comment made me laugh. I've always said this while my friends have had lovely cars, I've always had cheap ones. But I will be the one with no mortgage at 45.

This was really helpful. I always thought of marriage as the biggest gamble and kids as the largest money trap of all lol. I am not a gambler. I am addicted to your videos now. As a woman there is always a temptation to rely on a partner but I really want to explore and play the game on my own. Between your and Robert Greene's advice I have a shot.

I was just telling one of my friends this exact same thing earlier today. She makes about $30, 000 a year and is in the process of buying a $44, 000 brand new truck.

I told her that if I could rewind time not buying a car every four or five years would be the number one thing I would change financially because it has hurt me the most. She is 30 years old and has a rebuttal about everything I suggest and recommend. She talks about how expensive turbos are and repairs and how it’s actually cheaper to buy a new car than a used car blah blah blah... (her current car is a mustang she bought brand new 5 years ago with zero problems)...

So I guarantee she’s going to end up buying the truck and complaining about it for years to come because she won’t be able to afford a house and will have to stay at mom and dad‘s house even longer but complain that it’s everyone else’s fault cuz she doesn’t make more money 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤯

Hey Mark! Thanks again for this great video, you can bet assured that I will share this great content! It will definitely help me to convince and educate my friends about these financial traps. In my case I think I actually was lucky to have a difficult youth when I was a young. This way I was obliged to grow up faster causing me to see the monetary world with a slight different perspective then most other people of my age. I have pointed out exactly these financial traps to prepare and educate my friends so many times on different ways now, but I never give up and always say: Invest, sleep, eat and repeat. We rise by lifting others. To all of our combined succes and greetings from Holland!
