Atty pakilinaw lang po para maunawaan ng maigi na mga HR Managers na nanunuod po sa inyo. Sa aming Company, kapag hindi kami pinapasok ng Reg Holiday ay walang dagdag na 1 day pay dahil bayad na daw kami sa Basic as a Monthly Paid Employees. Now, kung pumasok kami ng Reg Holiday ay babayaran lang kami ng additional na 1 day dahil bayad na daw kami sa basic at andoon na ang 100% sa Basic namin kaya yon na daw 200% na nakasaad sa Labor Code. Kapag pumasok kami ng Special Holidays ay babayaran lang kami ng 50% dahil ang 100% ay nandoon na daw sa basic.

Atty. sana masagot nyo po tanong ko. ano po ba ang bayad kapag pumasok ng sunday? monthly rate po ako. pero ang ginawa ng HR namen eh dadagdagan lang kame ng 30% since bayad na daw kame ng sunday kase monthly kame. 130% yung pay pero since bayad na daw po kame, 30% lang yung ibabayad daw po. salamat sa pag sagot

Good eve po... Asked lng po.. monthly pay po ako sa Isang company as new employee tapos Ang mga kasamaham ko day off nila 2days sat &sun. Tapos ako may duty ng sat. pero Hindi raw overtime. While sa ibang department Naman may overtime pay pag may duty ng sabado.. tapos nag tanong ako sa hr. Wala naman silang guidelines na ma ipakita ukol Dito. Paki explain po para maliwanagan ako... Kong pwede po bha Ang gani tong set-up thanks.

Kapag po ba monthly paid, since bayad siya even in rest day eh kapag kailangan siya sa trabaho dapat siya magreport? Or kahit rest day eh dapat sumasagot ng phobe call.
