Labour brokers dealt a heavy blow

The labour broking firms have been dealt a heavy blow after the constitutional court ruled that casual workers working for more than 3 months must be permanently employed. The constitutional court has dismissed with costs TES labour broking firm's appeal against the Labour Appeal Court Judgement in Favour of Numsa. Numsa and TES were at loggerheads regarding the casualization of workers.
