Virus.DOS.Sov [Sov DOS Virus]

Sov is a benign memory resident virus.

It hooks INT 21h (DOS Function Dispatcher) and writes itself to the end of COM files, and writes to the beginning of the file the 14 bytes Jmp-Virus rioutine (... PUSH Segm_Virus; PUSH 0;RETF).

Depending on the BIOS memory and the current date (February 23, March 7, April 22, April 30 and November 6 - old soviet holidays)

The virus manifests itself by displaying the vertical lines on the screen.
