This has got me thinking. I scared the hell out of myself as a kid, so doing ancestor or spirit work now is very difficult for me. I always tell my family that if they have a message for me to please tell me in dreams bc I’m terrified of some bananas paranormal experience. Like if I were to hear or see something I think it would just scare me. Not really sure what to do about the fear.

This makes a lot of sense. I used to have abilities but back in the 80's I was put on some medications, and I don't have memories from 2nd to 8th grade. I am also very blocked and now I am working with sound bath and chakra unblocking to help get back what I lost.

I did a lot of drugs and addicted for the longest time. I knew things were going to happen before they did. I knew songs that were going to appear on the radio, I knew my phone was going to ring, but the worst stuff is always knew or got a gut feeling a horrible event was going to occur. I can't feel those things anymore. I've been sober for a while but my knowing is so far gone that I don't know if I'll ever get that back.

I was on tik tok watching a jack ozborne clip and he mentioned you, I came to YT to watch a video of you, not weird like and about 5 videos down I saw this one. I’ve thought about the night I ordered everything to stop and I’ve been trying to “wake up” any abilities I might have… and you mentioned dealing with that moment and being okay with it or something within it - that immediately put a question in my head that I’d never considered before - who was the man who told me to RUN. I remember being torn bc nobody else I knew was really having the experiences I was having, my kids dad a little and my daughter had an “imaginary friend”, she was about 2-3; but it was so much at that time.

I need a new study buddy. Mine always tells me my mind plays tricks on me. I often wonder if she just doesn't like that I sometimes am open enough to experience these things and not her.

The struggle is real on this for sure. I think I toned it down so much on mine because it was starting to freak me me out. I wasn't just seeing once living people it was other things that I know we're not human. I still see so much but I almost naturally ignore it. Once in a while a situation will come that I simply can't ignore it at all. Or just bits of information for someone else will fall out of my mouth with no warning. I just wish I knew how to get a better handle on it. Any tips would be extremely appreciated

I was told I had an "imaginary" friend as a child. I don't remember that. I wonder though if it was "imaginary" or something else? Wish I could find out but as yet been able to be hypnotized / regressed.

What about grief loosing a loved one and even though you healed you still occasionally grieve . I lost my grandmother in 2017 year after I got married and lost my grandfather in 2009! Both very extremely hard rip on myself their passing was very very hard on me emotionally I don’t do well with death I can’t even step foot in the graveyard/ cemetery where they are buried without completely breaking down crying 😭. What do you suggest I do to heal? I have this deep longing to see the ghost of them or communicate with them. I don’t think I have abilities but very rational they will appear in my dreams.

I could see spirits when I was young but then it reawaken after I was married so in.my.30s. Now I see them good and bad ones in our home mostly. New home we built it but not sure what on the land..
