- Use Coupons and Promotions Be on the lookout for seasonal sales, coupons, and membership discounts to save even more.
- Use the Home Depot App Download the app to access exclusive deals and track prices of your favorite plants.
- Buy in Bulk Consider buying multiple plants at once. This often results in additional savings and allows you to experiment with different varieties.

During the video, I will showcase an array of stunning garden plants, as well as a variety of attractive succulents and cacti. One highlight is the uncommon Variegated String of Hearts. I'll discuss its unique characteristics and ask for your opinions on whether I should invest in more Aglaonema plants!

Speaking of Aglaonema, here are some care tips to keep them thriving:
- Light Aglaonema prefers low to medium indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can scorch the leaves.
- Water Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. They are sensitive to overwatering, so ensure the pot has drainage holes.
- Humidity These plants enjoy humidity, so consider misting them occasionally or placing a pebble tray with water beneath the pot.
- Fertilization Feed with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer during the growing season (spring and summer) every 4-6 weeks for optimal growth.

I’m starting to like aglaonemas. I like the low-maintenance appeal and those colorful leaves are drawing me in. Thanks for all the plant content!

I agree on the Aglaonema's! They are a wonderful low light house plant that grows lush and just looks spectacular with little care. I think we are all tired of fussy plants!

really and truly you've inspired me to go further with my plant collection I fell in love with plants because of growing up with my grand mother in the virgin islands she was a botanist and took me to the gardens of the department of agriculture every weekend where she would purchase plants she would win ribbons and prizes every year in the local fairs for carnival where people from all over the world visit and she was also a seamstress she had a well known dress shop called the Cinderella dress shop and she also introduced me to reupholtry and cooking she also had a restaurant in the ghetto of st thomas but it became a favorite place to hang out for the tourist that frequently visited she actually had a write up in the new York times I learned a lot even how to cook

Also need to give them all some of those new nutrients I finally got, Hopefully that will help all my plants, but especially those.

Love the video Richie ! When I first started out getting plants it was my grandmother (in law). She gifted me an aloe Vera, after that I started getting plants with flowers. I found your channel when I first started out & fell in love with tropical house plants. Red Aglaonema’s has been my favorite & monstera deliciosa as well as the desert rose. Oh wait philodendron’s & peace lily too! Haha my peace lily is so big & beautiful been having her since before thanksgiving. She is always pushing out flowers, so easy to care for honestly. Doesn’t need a lot of light but a thirsty plant I will say. Anyways love you Richie ♥️🌹🪴

33:00 String of rubies are very pretty! I have never been able to keep a String Of Pearls alive, so I’m hesitant to try any more “string of” plants.

I have to find a little Ikea type tall narrow cabinet, to put in the spare bedroom, then all my little plants can go in there, and leave room on my ikea shelf for the bigger plants. I seriously have run out of room!!! Except for a few more Air Plants, lol

Learning a lot from you I've tried succulents and did not know how to care for them needless to say it was a disaster

With the Lithops, I passed that part of the video a while ago but it has my brain going… I’m not as familiur with those green type that I’ve seen in big box stores, but the more traditional Lithops, I do t j ow if they would work great in a mixed succulent planter. They seem to be pretty drastic when it some to water I sent one little pot of them all to plant heaven. But I got some last Spring, and 3/4 are still with me. They do the think where 1-2 new Lithops emerge from the center. What I learned is that they should not be watered at all while that process is taking place. They will feed off the parent plant until it completely withers away. It can be very difficult, because not all of them do it at the same time. I’ll literally give the others in the pot a spritz with a water bottle is they haven’t been watered in a long time and it’s summer but one is in the process of the new plants emerging from the center. And then in winter, I pretty much do not water them at all. I found they can be so sensitive about when they are watered. So far, so good with 3/4 living for about a full year with me. I’m excited to see if they will bloom this year!
