1.6-2, 2 gram protein per body kg.

Warm up with easy weighs and 3-6 heavy sets on same work out machine.
Dont take rest on your war up sets.
Heavy sets mean, you lift not to much times just 4-8 or 6-12.

Cardio always after the weight traning from 20-60 minutes. Do not stop in cardio.
Heart must beast 120-140.

To much is not for burning fat.
