Take a nostalgia trip back to 90s PC gaming!

Gaming in the 90s - PC Edition
PC gaming has come a long way since the 90s. The internet is faster, the storage capacity is bigger, but as far as we're concerned, nothing beats that nostalgic feeling of rushing home after a long day at school to finally get past that boss stage you couldn't beat the day before, and celebrating with an ice-cold Caprisun. So take a trip nostalgia trip back to the days of classic PC video games like Doom, Wolfenstein, and Monkey Island. To the early days of computers with floppy disks and loud modems, and trying to sneak in a few more games before bedtime.

No matter if its the 90s or the 2020s, Doom continues to be the most Christian friendly game there is.

I legit used the "Im a Christian warrior fighting demons" excuse. Totally worked too.

Aww I was expecting the infamous "monitor off means the computer is totally off" move. Yea, I was known to pull that a few times in my day, as soon as ma was out of the room, one click of the screen and I was right back at it. Ahh, the 90's....

Idk why people stopped liking bowling. It’s also very unfortunate that Covid essentially killed the sport. Bowling centers didn’t get funding and had tons of restrictions to the point where most just closed

Turning the doomslayer into a warrior of god is a brilliant move!

Damn this was so accurate, from trying to muffle the 56k modem at 12am to watching your cousin play Settlers on his new Amiga on Christmas morning while you stand around awkwardly.

We didn’t all talk and dress like Bill and Ted though. It was more grunge, especially by 1995.

I doubt parents today would want to ban their kids from playing when streamers probably make more money than they do.

Not trying to wake your parents with the modem’s dial-up sound was so spot-on.😂
My sister and I used to cover the modem with a stick of kitchen towels. Still got busted most of the time when my parents got the detailed phone bill.

No DLC's, no Microtransactions, no Surprise Mechanics (FU EA). When you bought a game, you got the whole bloody game. Those were the days, my friends.

PC gaming in the 90s for me consisted of playing DOOM on the demo pcs at Sam's Club, desperately begging my parents for a computer, and then getting a Sega 32x and that version of Doom.

To quote Ferris, "How's that for being born under a bad sign?"

Schroeder quite stole the show, upstaging Davis in full Davis mode, quite an achievement!
