Bromine molecule (Br2) is non-polar molecule (formed by a nonpolar covalent bond between 2 Br atoms) . So soluble in nonpolar solvents like BENZENE, acetone, ether, etc

For the primary and secondary alcohols, wouldn't it be if the OH group is directly bonded to the primary and secondary carbons and NOT "if the OH group is bonded to the primary and secondary leaving groups"?
