I prefer 2D over IMAX… The latter can be good for rare 3D delight movies like Multiverse of Madness, but not every movie requires 3D. I mean we watch MCU Disney+ shows in 2D, and they look perfectly awesome.

I love that Marvel movies are having more scenes or even the entire movie filmed with IMAX digital cameras, however, I absolutely find it completely redundant and pointless if all we get for home media is the standard widescreen version. It’s so utterly stupid! There’s very little to no point of even filming in IMAX to begin with, if we’re only ever going to see more of the picture in an IMAX theatre during the movie’s theatrical run!! Christopher Nolan movies and WB movies at least make the IMAX scenes matter, because they are KEPT for home media, as the standard viewing experience!!
