I’m actually OK to wait until 2024. I want to see reviews. I want to see the production car. I want to drive one. And I absolutely want you to get a review vehicle. You have been a great source of Fisker info.

I have an Extreme preordered but I am waiting on Ocean One reviews before I decide if I'm going to cancel or not.
People have been complaining about lower quality chips being used and the user interface videos all seem very laggy.
I am also VERY concerned about the level 2 charging speeds. I believe that they really cheaper out on the onboard charger. The Ocean has a very large battery and Fisker is advertising 12 hours to fully charge on level 2...

Adam really appreciate your take on Fisker. I am having a hard time getting the bad taste out of my mouth after Fisker removed the heat pump from the Sport. So unless Sport reviews are very positive for the given specs I will probably pass on my prelim order. Next on the list is the Chevy Equinox EV. Based on current specs it offers a lot as well as a more traditional interior that is more pleasing to my senses.

So true. Unfortunately lots to be concerned about and to get through still. Maybe I'll get my Sport, maybe I won't. I'm taking a wait and see approach. I already have an EV, so I'm not in a rush. But, I do want to get out of this homologation phase and see production and deliveries get real, and real specs, crash ratings, reviews and customer satisfaction. Long way to go, but I'm staying hopeful.

Thanks for sitting through those earnings reports and picking these pieces out. I have a mid-june to late july window of being able to accept my order in person before I go on tour again. I hope they can make that window and I can drive this ocean all across North America!

My no. 1 worry is the laggy infotainment system that we’ve seen in recent videos. The car also seem to have less luggage space than most competitors.. 😢

Another great video even with the cautionary news. Absolutely contact Henrik Fisker and propose to do a review. Your understanding of the varied issues related to start up and EV operation is far above any of the “fanboy”channels or blogs. Is there a way for me to know where in the queue my reservation is? I paid the extra fees in August 2022 and configured the ultra a few weeks ago. And is there still an option to change an ultra to extreme?

Yes request a review! I bought MY instead ad absolutely love it! Cancelling my ultra but holding onto pear. Will probably go with the model 2 though, tesla is just so far ahead and great products/value with current pricing and tax credit.

Definitely request a vehicle for review from Fisker. My wife wouldn't wait and acquired a used 2022 Polestar 2 with 4, 000 miles. I'm waiting for the Fisker Ocean Ultra but have started a list of back up EVs just in case.

Needed a car trying to be patient however thinking of getting an interim vehicle if will be more than 6 months for the ocean extreme. It’s ok to wait but a realistic timeline would be exponentially helpful

1400 Q2 is still good given they will have less than a month to achieve it. 6000 is only about 500 more per month beyond the June delivery estimate which is not a huge ask.

Adam, I'm not sure weather you have addressed this aspect of the fisker vehicles. Here it is, I have reserved an Ocean Ultra for North America, estimated delivery towards the latter part of 2023. As we move closer to the delivery time, I was curious about parts availability & outlet. I figured since fisker has publicized that delivery of the vehicle has already begun in Europe, parts distribution point would have been established. Inquing yesterday (May 19, 2023), no information is available on this from fisker .... hmmmm

I’m going to Fully Charged Live show today in U.K. - the Ocean was going to be here but as the company hasn’t enough demo fleet vehicles they have now not got a car at the show. I don’t even know if they will have a stand with only representatives on it . Not great having travelled 250 miles to get here.

Henrik Fisker have been making comments like these.. “as early as May 26th” has an open end date 1:02. Meaning that could be later.. MUCH later! These are just teasers! Dangling the carrot in front constantly.

I echo your worries as well as the commenters here. For me, it will all hinge on the PowerBank and PowerHouse powering-your-home-in-case-of emergency setup. If they come through with that technology in a timely manner, I'll keep my place in line. I'm still wondering if adding the $6, 000 Fisker Intelligent Pilot is the ONLY way to get cruise control? It's cool to see others, like me, being curious about the Equinox and Blazer (and their tax incentives). Yes, third party reviews will be essential. Hopefully they'll get you one!

Thas nothing to be realy worried. Whe Volkswagen starts the public relations for the id3. I by the reservation vorc1000€. YES 1000 for the reservation. 1 year layer I waiting longer and get no informations about the delivery. I cancelled the reservation. 6 months layer vw deliver the fist I'd3 tre with a lot of software problems. Today the find no solution. We speaking about the biggest car producer in the world. I big global player. So I believe in fisker and I see that's there working hard on it. Nothing is perfect but if you never give up to reaching the perfection. I think will be good.
