I just got an ad for "Natural Cycles", a birth control stating you can have 93% effectiveness against pregnancies with typical use. The problem being? It's AN APP SCANNING YOUR TEMPERATURE (with their special thermometer!)! That's it, just predictions based on temperature and typical cycle use, and this is being SOLD as a viable birth control?? They're claiming this is all you need? MDJ, please cover this! I would sincerely love to hear your thoughts, to see if a $60 a year birth control app is worth even being used as a SECONDARY birth control. 🙄
