Fear of housing crisis looms as federal moratorium on evictions expires

A federal suspension of evictions during the COVID-19 crisis is set to expire; Gillian Turner reports from Washington on what's next.

On the other side of the equation there are hardworking people and first line workers eagerly waiting to buy a house. Even if the eviction protection is lifted the House Market won't crash. June had record in house purchased. Many comercial property owners may lose their 2nd or 3rd house but there are plenty of hungry buyers waiting for it.
