Consistent 40% organic growth, coupled with mergers and acquisitions, puts a huge strain on the organization. Signicat needed to design a platform to scale the organization and unify different teams and cultures now and into the future. Signicat is a software as a service company, catering regulated industries. That means the platform is designed with strict compliance requirements. At the same time, DevOps methodologies like team autonomy is a key design goal. This talk will focus on our developer platform design goals, challenges along the way, and how we chose to tackle them.
