I can actually see Light side Vader being pretty damn strong.

They use as much medical knowledge as they possibly can to reduce his injuries even more. Use advances in technology to create a newer, more techy and comfortable suit without the intention of causing him pain. And without a weakness to force lightning.

It'd make him a lot faster and more moblile. Maybe up his physical strength and durability.

Still nowhere near as fast as he was as Anakin. But it would definitely bump him in power. He may not end out having hate amps and darkside power. But he'd have a clearer mind in battle and his connection to the overall force would increase.
