Darkseid is so evil, his default move is to Omega Sanction people into neverending nightmare lives where they are born and grow up and suffer and die in ever-more-horrifying ways for all eternity or until Darkseid decides to let them out. But Thanos messes with one kid each year on his birthday. 🥱
