I had ovary torsion and my right ovary was removed 2 years back. I am 35 year old having severe pains in joints and bone weakness also.
Any suggestions to improve bone health for women.
Yes hormonal changes (estrogen)did affects my health. I have palpitation and had sleeplessness. But after changing my eating habits (meal before sunset and healthy food) quality of sleep is really good. Thanks to this great human Dr.Pal

Exactly we start experiencing pain a few days after we stop exercising too. Thats when i realise its been too long that i went to the gym.
