Terrace is great but makes no sense to have more outdoor than indoor space in London where it will be used 4 months in a year. For 4 million the living room/kitchen is too cramped, there is no space. Would be great to relocate some of that underutilised outdoor space inside.

Outside is nice but inside is a bland box that you could find in any new build. Clearly the price is dictated by the location, not primarily the flat.

Love the property, but can’t get away with the feeling a little less outdoor space would have made the interior so much more free - since the the stdz is quite hard to get usable and the living space is a bit out of context when the kitchen is of this calibar.

Love it, great living I bet, but space is a bit of a weird split.

The terrace is gorgeous, but all of the bathrooms are accessed through a bedroom which is odd considering the price point.

Beautiful interior, love it, not too sure of the price tag with only one bath, service charge £17, 820 and ground rent £750 all adds up 240 year lease. Never been a fan of lease hold apartments

I love most of the color combinations in the apartment. The terrace is gorgeous. I would buy it if I had money 😀. According to my taste, the kitchen furniture would suit a color other than white, maybe a dark color from the colors of the painting in the dining area with some unpolished wood. The white of the walls is enough to not make the average color too dark. Thus the overall appearance would be warmer, even if white gives the appearance of space. The need for space is only a practical one, it does not necessarily have to be visual. Also in the bathrooms I would prefer warmer colors that give a visual comfort in proportion to the thermal comfort.

What a terrace, 10 points. This part of Kings Cross has been developed so beautifully and it’s a brilliant part of central London. Inside the flat is bad, too small and not enough space. Also who would want to live on the 13th floor.

Prices in London are totally delirious.
The flat is good, but terrasse is astonishing.
Stairs may be quite narrow to carry big things upstairs. There are only two real bedrooms; study can only be a "just in case" sleep solution, in order to have toilets available without going through a bedroom (it is a minimum for a near 4 millions flat). So two bedrooms, two bathrooms, no separate kitchen: price is hard to swallow, but will be because of the terrasse, the view and the location.
Where are there 4 owens in such a kitchen ??? And there is no additional light over the cooking hotplate...
Why is there no sun+rain protection over the outside dining area ?
And there is no clear information about car and bicycle garage. Do you expect possible owner will let his/her 10K£ bicycle outside or in a shared bicycles room ???
