Why are the penalties for abuse against children .. especially sexual abuse so lenient?
They are societie's most vulnerable. To have harsher penalties may just deter monsters from treating children this way.

My heart is broken for these poor children. Imagine the skewed outlook of life you would have if you were abused, saved and then sent to live with more abuser's. God bless them, they deserve so much better.
