It’s so smooth is almost looks animated, that’s insane

Very impressive progress. I noticed the heads move strictly laterally, if you added some random tilting, it would look more natural.

Its kinda creepy but i like the fact that the robot in the background is moving around

I am so grateful that they made the robot blue-grey. I honestly love this robot because it doesn't feel so... evil

The thing about trying to make more human movements, its something I notice in a lot of 3D animation too. Often times, there's no sensation of inertia, stopping and starting too quickly.

It's really creepy how more and more robots are becoming more humanoid

I always find it so interesting that we know so much about the human body yet it's so hard replicate...

"Even his wobbly little wee legs—I think he's gonna punch me"

This line is underrated

I understand why people find droids uncanny, but I personally like them very much, they don't seem creepy to me. Such an impressive technology, I wonder if I could see one of these in person someday...

Having a morning coffee while watching this makes me feel happy to be alive in this time we live in. Make no mistake, despite the terrible things going on in the world, we are living in the cleanest, safest time in human history. Let that sink in, and be happy with who you are and what you have. For our time on this world is numbered and the best thing that you can do, is just appreciate every moment of living.

As creepy as this can be, it's extremely impressive. Using this technology in the movie/entertainment industry would be insanely good for practical use

The massive lesson that I think the researchers are catching on to is that *a robot doesn't need to appear human to have humanlike qualities.* Personification of something that doesn't look like a person.

I love how Ameca looks like she constantly feels awkward 😂 relatable

'You're never going to match human " that's a bit calming to hear

I wish we had super advanced robotic bodies that we could, "transplant", our brains into. This would be a miracle for people with severe paralysis, or deadly diseases. I'm currently dealing with cancer. If I was given the chance to have my brain removed and transferred to a, "synthetic", body, I'd do it in a heart beat.

I'm not sure how to feel about this on one hand it's amazing to see this feat in technology that has only been a fantasy achieved in real life and maybe used to help benefit mankind but on the other hand Terminator, I Robot, and Blade Runner are now becoming a reality and that's scary to think about

As a kid that grew up in the 90s, I am all for this. Most realistic and detailed expressions I've seen in a humanoid android yet. Blade Runner and GITS, here we come!

"Detroit - Become Human" is looking more and more like a glimpse into the future rather than a game.
