I'm wondering if it could also be food related. I write this because so much changed for me when I found the correct foods for my body. Once I let go of the foods that caused insatiable cravings, along with the extra weight, everything changed. This included my mind set. After switching to the foods that benefitted my body best, I awoke, about two weeks in, with a neutral mindset. There were no complaints, no irritability, no whining, no anger, no aches and pains from a body riddled with arthritis, no negativity whatsoever was found. And all I changed was my food, nothing else. I am confident that a lot of ailments are because of the foods we choose. I used to think the reason why I was the way I was was because of my childhood. My childhood still happened, yet I now understand a lot of irritability had to do with food. I have no other answer. I love being past my past. Almost ten years later and I am so much less bothered about anything. I wanted to share, as this could help another.

I really thank you for video, I have myself realized that past traumas and dysregulation have lead me to eating disorders, addictions, and now osteoporosis and high PSA. level. I want to use holistic and healthy living to overcome these issues.

Reading the comments people are saying that the video doesn't actually say how people can break free, you need to join a paid for circle for that information. That makes me a bit hesitant, but I'm also wondering how all the physical/biological aspects of conditions like ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia - low oxygen in cells/an inability to rejuvenate after activity on a cellular level, difference in spinal fluid, brain signatures etc relate to a mind body connection?

Thanks for bringing this important topic (Back) up, I can relate to this but am not always willing or constantly on top of things like I should be, esp. at my age (70) I should know better.

I have been listening to your videos for a week or so and find them informative. I have listened to many different Mind/body coaches and everyone has something new to offer.
You did just discredit yourself though by bringing up Christians/Catholics in a negative way. That was not necessary or helpful for many of us who look to God every day for strength and His undying love for us.
