Also literally every brand of dark chocolate has heavy metals, due to mixed sourcing and the plant being a super-absorber. What is a maximum frequency you would recommend eating high-percentage chocolate? Any steps to mitigate consumed heavy metals?

Need to find a good cacao powder brand with low heavy metals. Most dark chocolate brands even organic are loaded with heavy metals.

What about Cadmium and lead and other heavy metals levels, specifically in the brand you are holding:)

Any thoughts on the correlation between frequency of chocolate consumption and Parkinson's? My assumption is that it is a correlation rather than a causation but would like your theory on causation

Cocao is higher in saturated fat than cocoa powder. Dark chocolate still has sugar in it. I put cocoa powder in my oats and sweeten it with mashed banana or sometimes in my coffee.

But it's high in oxalates which have far ranging debilitating effects as I know only to well. It is a of course a matter of dosage but when they are so many now non seasonal high oxalate "super foods" in the supply chain it is no wonder why IBS, eczema and inflammation is epidemic.
