You can find it in northern Greece in many small non tourist villages.Basically you can find it all over the Balkans, turkey, Middle east.i guess noone really bought those until TikTok

If you live in the UK, go too Lidl on Italian week, they sell chocolate covered pistachios (at some of them, not all) under the brand of Italiano. Thank me later, you will not be disappointed

have made a similar chocolate for years, I make a small nest shape of fried kataifi, in the middle I add any random filling (kids love peanut butter ones) but really anything can be added into it, my personal favourite is whipped Irish cream. Then I dunk the nest into some chocolate and let it set.

I went to Dubai recently and tried them. The pistachio bar is the best chocolate I’ve ever had. I’m glad a close friend suggested I try it, so I brought a few home for some friends and my roommates.
