the ultimate strat to getting admin: first off get bkit or enlighten and do some griefing with a friend if you have enlighten go underground while invisible and shoveling with a tunnel system if you dont just do the same thing if they spot you dig away after that your friend is going to get caught or you either one works but you need to volenteer to move him into a prision after that make a box around him then make another box with no entrance then place a clone of your friend into the jail and break him out and put him back underground with invis then you have everyones trust by now some people would be leaving ask for their time and since your the most trusted person promise to carry on the admins legacy he gives you all your time and BOOM you have all the power
