Ans for -15 is [6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

The list will rotate by -(15 - multiple of list size)
= -15 + 1x10
= -5 places

Now list will be
[10, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9]
