Terrible explanation. Tom sounded very unsure of himself. Plus he didn't answer their questions, What will it cost us? And What's the benefit for us? After not answering the questions, Tom then pivots to an unrelated topic about the HOA. The ol " ignore pivot" sales tactic when you don't know the answer to the question or you don't want to actually answer the question. So sad.

Huh? Seller finance is not taking a homeowner mortgage payment. Youre probably referring to a subto deal. Seller finance has zero mortgage (free n clear). Homeowner is the bank. I realize this is an old video but please correct your statement or it will confuse people.

I’m so sorry to say this because you seem like a great guy.... But that was weak man. You didn’t answer his questions., you rolled over like a lamb, and there was no solution even talked about. Biggest thing is youdidn’t go for the close??? You let them right out ....and on top of that nobody even asked you about the risk is on their end on the deal which is where a 100% of the risk is.

Where are they going to live if they give you their house with no lump sum payment and only taking over their mortgage? Sounds like a terrible deal for the seller

Hey Jerry a bit off topic, on your 2022 repair cost video! I was curious how to adjust the cost according to square footage like you have for a light rehab on a 1500sqft and below, the repair cost estimated at $18, 750! Would that be the same for a 1000 sqft house? Or how do you go about adjusting that?

You need to ADDRESS HOW BAD YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FOR FLIPSTER!!!! NO ONE ANSWERS PHONE, RETURNS EMAILS AND THEY DOUBLE BILL YOU. it’s an embarrassment to your brand. I rather use PropStream
